Evan easily relates to and understands clients who have various real estate needs. Evan understands the stress of buying and selling and makes himself readily available to all of his clients at any time of day.

Evan has grown up in Northumberland County, lived and worked in Northumberland for the majority of his life and considers himself an expert on country and local properties. Currently, Evan resides in Durham with his wife and two daughters and has become a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board and has enjoyed educating himself on the Durham Area. Over the last few years, we have seen a growth in families selling their homes in the Greater Toronto Area and moving East. Evan felt it important that he have expertise and knowledge from Durham to Northumberland to provide better service to his clients.

 Having been recruited by the McGill Redmen for Football, Evan spent 4 years playing offensive line and obtaining his Business Degree from the University of McGill. Evan’s academic education gives him the ability and skills to study the market and get the results his client’s need. 

Evan is still an avid sport’s enthusiast. In his spare time, he can be found on the golf course, playing hockey, spending time with his two daughters and coaching the local Northumberland Night Hawks. Evan has been on the Board of Directors for Northumberland Fare Share Food Bank, been involved with the local Women’s Shelter Foundation and supported the local Knights of Columbus events.

As well, his strong intuition enables him to easily focus on the features of a home his clients are looking for. He endeavours to help his client’s zero in on the best options, but ultimately understands it’s the client’s decision. When working with couples, he listens carefully, clarifies objectives and strives to ensure that both are happy with the final decision.

Evan can refer clients to competent real estate lawyers who will finalize the transactions. He personally follows up to make certain the process is going smoothly; the lines of communications are open and to assist with the resolution of any problems. His objective is to ensure that the closing of the transaction takes place in an effective and timely manner.
